What are your operating hours?

All of our outlets operate from 8.00 AM to 6.00 PM.

Where are you located?

Garsa Kitchen outlets are available in KL, Shah Alam and Bangi. We are looking forward to expand to more areas, so stay tuned!

Which delivery area does Garsa Kitchen currently cover?

We are constantly striving to offer the best delivery service to our customers. Currently, we deliver to selected areas in Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Bangi and Putrajaya.

How do I purchase Garsa Kitchen if you don’t deliver to my area?

You can opt for Self-Collection from our Seksyen 10 Wangsa Maju Headquarters when ordering online. You may opt for Self-Pickup to skip the waiting time!

How long do you take to deliver?

We practice a 2 Hour Delivery Commitment, which starts from the time you receive an order verification via e-mail.

How do I place an order for next-day morning slot?

Next-day delivery morning slots are between 8 AM -10 AM. To place your order, kindly order before 6 PM, the day before. Any orders after 6:01 PM will be delivered on the following working day.

What is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee varies based on your location:

Area within 15km from any Garsa Kitchen outlets – RM10 Charges
Area within 15-20km from any Garsa Kitchen outlets – RM15 Charges
Area within 20-25km from any Garsa Kitchen outlets- RM20 Charges

Is your menu Halal?

We use only Halal supplies and prepare our sandwiches in compliance with standard Halal guideline preparation. All ingredients are prepared fresh daily, and all orders are made to order to ensure freshness.

Are the menu and pricing the same across all Garsa Kitchen’s outlets?

Yes, the pricing are all similar for every outlets while all menu items are subject to change according to seasonality and availability.

Are all menu available everyday?

Yes, all menu available are available everyday except for Doughnuts and Super Sunday Combo. Currently, doughnuts are only available at Garsa Kitchen HQ outlet whilst Super Sunday Combo is made of weekly-alternative flavours, available only on every Sunday. If a particular menu is not available for delivery, we will temporarily remove any unavailable items for the day and thus, will not be reflected on the website order.

I am a vegetarian. Is there any menu recommendation for me?

Opt for our Vecheestable, a truly veggie-licious sandwich or Eggstacy, our classic sandwich to satisfy your ultimate meatless option! Alternatively, go for our mouth-watering, fluffy doughnuts.

How do I place an order?

Step 1: Browse our menu to find our delicious range of sandwiches and add them into the cart.
Step 2: Choose your preferred dining preferences Self-Collect or Location Pickup.
Step 3: Fill in your address and click “Next” to proceed.
Step 4: Select your preferred date and time.
Step 5: Add to cart (with minimum order RM40)
Step 6: Choose payment option.
Step 7: Click ORDER.
Step 8: Enter your email address for order confirmation.
Step 9: Get ready to enjoy your meal!

What payment options are available through web ordering?

Currently, our payment mode only accept the following options:

1. Cash-on-Delivery (COD)
2. Bank Transfer

*Please note that if you opt for bank transfer, payment proof/receipt need to be send to +60132424808 via Whatsapp.

If I want to cancel my order, what should I do?

Should you wish to cancel your order, cancellation notice should be made 4 hours prior to delivery. There is strictly no change or refund upon cancellation once the order has been confirmed or payment has been made. Otherwise, you can opt for next-day delivery order.

How will I know when my website order has been received?

Once you submit your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided at registration. Please check your “Spam” folder or “Junk email” folder to make sure that our email has not been filtered out.
